When AI is on and running on the AI included with Dashera, your organization's content is used only to produce the answer you asked for. We do not train AI models on it, and it is never shared with another organization on Dashera.
With AI off, nothing from your organization is sent to a model provider at all. The features stop running; they are not merely hidden.
If your organization connects its own AI provider key, its content goes to that provider under your own account and plan with them. What that provider keeps, and whether it uses the content to improve or train its models, is governed by that provider's terms of service and privacy policy — not ours. Read them before connecting a key.
